Paradox Consulting Group is pleased to offer our new line of Paradox Cutting Boards…hand-crafted in New York State from eco-friendly domestic hardwood. These cutting boards were made from naturally self sustaining non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily birch and hard rock maple. Lumber used was purchased from area sawmills, then dried, and manufactured into popular size boards for the home or professional kitchen. We are proud to offer these new products and hope you will enjoy using them.

Cutting Board Care
Before using your board wipe it clean with a mild soapy water solution and dry immediately. Then apply a food grade mineral oil to the board and allow it to penetrate for 15-30 minutes, and then wipe dry. Oil as needed thereafter…be sure not to soak your cutting board in water. Proper care will ensure many years of quality service.
